I love Malteasers, but if I had every Malteaser I was going to eat for the rest of my life RIGHT NOW, it would be too much! My point is, even with the good stuff, we have to learn to spread it out, pace ourselves. There’s no rush.

When you’re building muscle, the growth doesn’t happen in the gym, it happens when you rest. The muscle is torn down in the work out, but grows when it rebuilds afterwards. This is true for other areas of your life too. The rest is as important as the work.
