Do you wish you were more ? What does being confident mean to you? How do you want to see yourself?

When you’re feeling shy, fearful or paranoid, carefully about the words you’re saying to yourself. Are they:

ind?
Say the words you’re thinking out loud, do you sound like a bully? Would you talk like that to your best friend? If the answer is no, you need to adjust your attitude!
