Runner of the week
I am so thrilled with my client Julie as she has done so wonderfully well with her fitness and running!
Up to a few months ago, Julie found running challenging and didn’t particularly like it because of this reason. Since March we have been increasing her running distance week on week… and this week she ran for 60mins without stopping! Superb – well done Julie – you are turning into a proper fittie. In four months Julie has gone from running once a week for about 10 mins to twice a week at an hour at a time! Now that is something to shout about.
