It’s 16 years since I became a qualified Personal Trainer and started Personal Training and about 20/21 years since I first started teaching aerobics and circuits classes in Nottingham whilst at university..I never could have imagined the journey I was about to go on. My mission to inspire and motivate people to live healthier lives is the same now as it was then 🙏🏼 Whatever your goals, believe in yourself, work hard & don’t give up..
