Cow fields and proposals!
Morning, how are you?
Today I thought I would share three things about me with you, so you can get to know me, and then if you fancy writing back to me and sharing three things about you too, I would absolutely love that.
No. One
So, the first thing you need to know about me is that I use the word ‘yay’ a lot and also the word, ‘boom’. It really is because I get excited and those are my favourite words to convey my excitement, especially when I am talking about fitness, healthy eating, juicing, goal setting, health and wellbeing. I generally get excited, so just bear that in mind.
No. Two
The second thing you need to know about is that I am super passionate about the world of fitness, body, health and mindset. I have been in the world of Coaching and Personal training women now for over 20 years. When I say that I love the world of health and wellbeing and helping women transform how they feel, I really mean it. But for me health and wellbeing is all about balance. I am not into dieting and I love empowering women to be able to become balanced in their lifestyle…however remember I am human and I love a bar of chocolate as much as anyone else does. When I first started in the world of health and fitness in my 20s I generally felt guilty if I ate anything deemed as naughty or as unhealthy. I am not like that now. I am realistic and I totally understand that life is all about balance. I am so excited to be able to talk about this with you over the forthcoming months. Yay!
Three
The third thing you need to know about me is that I am a very proud mummy to my 8-year-old daughter and I have recently got engaged. Woo hoo! you heard that right. Yay, in fact it was a in a cow field and only just a couple of weeks ago. It was a sunny, cold Sunday morning and Neil (my now fiancé yay) and my daughter Holly and I decided we would go on a country walk. I was desperate to get out and stretch my legs and soak up the nature whilst walking with my fav two. I practically dragged them both up one of my favourite hills as they were being so slow. As a fitness fanatic I was about to do my shouting marching orders but when I turned around there was Neil down on one knee (nearly in a cow pat) asking me to marry me. Holly had been nudging Neil to ask me as this was a joint effort between them bless them and of course I said YES. Two weeks later and we are still going strong!
Anyway, I am now going to go and make a big green juice for us all for our breakfast. We always set up our days with a green juice for a plethora of vitamins, minerals and live enzymes as this gives us maximum energy and vitality. I have juiced for years and years now but ramped it up massively when I was going through a stressful period of my life and my health was very compromised. I find juicing helps many people transform their health dramatically. It is my secret health and weight loss tool. By adding homemade green juice into our daily diets it helps with your health, energy and also changes your taste buds which stops you craving the junk food so much.
Our pet baby tortoise is all about the green too. She loves a few green leaves. I am hoping that Holly will learn a lesson or two still off Roxy about eating her greens! Lol.
Have a fab day,
Love and hugs
Davinia
