What does a lifestyle change include?
Plenty of cardio exercise and strength training and stretching for greater flexibility.
Plenty of water. 2-3 litres daily
Plenty of raw fruits and vegetables – 10 different portions a day – best to juice some of these to get them into you easily.
Plenty of raw salads and soups and lean protein daily, as well as only Good wholesome grains only like quinoa, brown rice, or oats.
Reading positive books to feed your mind with positive thoughts.
Hanging out with positively inspiring friends/family/colleagues to feel good.
Focusing on what you want and not on what you don’t want with mind mantras.
Meditation daily.
Time for yourself daily to focus on your mental and physical wellbeing.
