Navigating perimenopause can feel like stepping into unchartered territory as your hormones shift, your body and energy levels transform for the worse, and familiar foods no longer fuel you as they once might, and the exercise you once did is now depleting you.

You might feel bloated, sluggish, with a stubborn weight lingering at your core, despite endless hours of cardio and effort. You are exhausted, frazzled, feeling dizzy and just want to start feeling normal again.

I understand the challenges of this transition and I am here to help you with your journey. I offer a results drive, authentic approach where my guidance and coaching are rooted in science and compassionate care.

Each week we will have a Zoom coaching session of 45mins to an hour to address the areas that need to be looked at to ensure you start feeling better in all the above areas. All programs include WhatsApp accountability between sessions to ensure you are on target with your actions and mindset.

  • How to lose body fat, what calorie range to stick to, the amount of protein you need and also monitoring these for results
  • How to break the binge and diet cycle (if needed for you)
  • What exercise is right for you for confidence, energy, fat loss and strength and how much to do.
  • How to own your own power to improve confidence, clarity, wellbeing and ways to deal with stress strategies.
  • Unlocking better sleep and holistic hacks for sleep recovery.
  • Your next steps to thriving.
